When you make a artificial movie(creating everything which is not natural), you have to drag audience to get connected to story. But in Natural movies, we will feel the movie. That's what Tharun does in his films.
He uses the cast & crew perfectly. Also,he chooses to work with new faces. In Ee nagaraniki emaindhi and Pellichoopulu, we don't know any character, until the story begins. So, when you put up a star face in the movie, you can't connect to the movie. So selecting new faces becomes a plus for his films as well as for their career !
